Returns will be issued refunds of the product(s) that is being returned if the following criteria are met:
- We must receive your item with 20 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include the package slip with your return.
- Returns must be received by our store within 20 calendar days of receiving your order (unless noted at time of purchase). Returns received past the 20 day period will not be accepted. You will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
- Items labeled sale are final and cannot be returned.
- Accessories are not eligible for return/refund.
- If items are sent back past the time period they will not be received and the customer is responsible for the charges.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
Holiday Return Policy:
All items purchased between Thanksgiving and Christmas must be postmarked to return on or before January 10th. We understand that that our items may be purchased as gifts and want to give the option of returns. These returns must be in compliance with our return policy above (with the exception of the received return date; make sure to postmark on or before January 10th).

Do we offer return labels?
Unfortunately we do not offer return labels right now. We hope to offer them once we grow!
Due to a limited quantity of inventory, we are not able to offer a direct exchange policy YET. Sadly, we don't have enough in-stock to guarantee the size you need will be available. Please see our return policy to return your item for a refund, so you can order the correct size!
All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted.
All orders are processed within 1-2 days. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard: 2-5 business days $6
- Priority Mail: 1-3 day transit $12
Priority 1 Day: 1-2 day transit $30
- Pickup: Free
We offer free pickup if you are in the Marshall, IL Area. Once your order is processed you will receive an email with pickup times.
Before placing your order, please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. If packages are stolen, we will try our best to help, but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
